陳銀根在聽取縣爱(ai)游戏 - 爱(ai)游戏官网的(de)專(zhuan)題匯報后(hou),充分肯定了“十三五”期間縉云教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)系統(tong)在提(ti)高教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)、改(gai)善(shan)辦(ban)學(xue)條件、提(ti)升師(shi)資隊伍等方面取得的(de)成績。他(ta)希望(wang)縉云教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)主動搶(qiang)抓(zhua)山區26縣跨越式高質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)發(fa)展(zhan)機遇(yu),聚焦“全(quan)國義務(wu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)優質(zhi)(zhi)均衡發(fa)展(zhan)縣”“全(quan)國學(xue)前教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)普及普惠(hui)縣”創建,深入(ru)推(tui)進教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)提(ti)質(zhi)(zhi)行動計劃,全(quan)力推(tui)動“十四五”教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工作(zuo)邁(mai)好(hao)第一步、展(zhan)現新氣(qi)象。

針對(dui)新(xin)(xin)時代(dai)對(dui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)新(xin)(xin)要(yao)求、新(xin)(xin)挑戰,以及(ji)今(jin)后一(yi)段時期教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)事業(ye)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)方向和(he)使命(ming)任務,陳銀根強調: 一(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)規劃(hua)為(wei)(wei)(wei)先。要(yao)積(ji)極謀劃(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)項(xiang)目、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)資源(yuan)和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)布局,做到既上接(jie)天(tian)線,又下(xia)接(jie)地氣。緊扣(kou)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)高質量(liang)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)主(zhu)題(ti),積(ji)極改善學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)條(tiao)件,緊盯短板(ban)弱項(xiang),加(jia)強改革(ge)攻堅(jian),為(wei)(wei)(wei)“兩縣”創(chuang)建(jian)夯實(shi)(shi)基礎(chu)。二是(shi)(shi)(shi)質量(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)本(ben)。質量(liang)是(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)生(sheng)命(ming)線,也是(shi)(shi)(shi)辦教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)永恒主(zhu)題(ti)。要(yao)認真貫徹落實(shi)(shi)習近平總書記關于“雙(shuang)減”工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)重要(yao)指(zhi)示精神和(he)中央決策部署,強化(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),規范校(xiao)外(wai)(wai)培訓,切實(shi)(shi)減輕學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)過重的(de)課業(ye)負擔(dan)和(he)校(xiao)外(wai)(wai)培訓負擔(dan),促進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)全面發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)、健(jian)(jian)康成(cheng)長,做到因校(xiao)制宜,不搞一(yi)刀切。深入研(yan)究(jiu)課堂(tang)(tang)、研(yan)究(jiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材、研(yan)究(jiu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng),提升教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)水平,形成(cheng)抓教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)、抓課堂(tang)(tang)的(de)濃厚(hou)氛(fen)圍,確(que)保“雙(shuang)減”政策有效(xiao)落實(shi)(shi)。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全為(wei)(wei)(wei)要(yao)。要(yao)嚴格落實(shi)(shi)常態化(hua)疫情防(fang)控各項(xiang)措施要(yao)求,進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步增強師(shi)生(sheng)的(de)防(fang)護意識,完善安(an)(an)(an)(an)全工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)機制,特(te)別關注青少年兒童的(de)身心健(jian)(jian)康,抓實(shi)(shi)抓細食堂(tang)(tang)衛生(sheng)、校(xiao)內(nei)外(wai)(wai)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)日常管(guan)理等各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),確(que)保校(xiao)園安(an)(an)(an)(an)全穩定。四是(shi)(shi)(shi)清(qing)(qing)廉(lian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)安(an)(an)(an)(an)。要(yao)圍繞“清(qing)(qing)嚴黨(dang)風(feng)、清(qing)(qing)明政風(feng)、清(qing)(qing)凈校(xiao)風(feng)、清(qing)(qing)正教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)風(feng)、清(qing)(qing)新(xin)(xin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)風(feng)”五大建(jian)設工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),推(tui)進(jin)(jin)陽(yang)光招生(sheng)、陽(yang)光分班等陽(yang)光工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設,緊盯權力運(yun)行,規范小微權力,加(jia)快依法治教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)步伐。五是(shi)(shi)(shi)智慧為(wei)(wei)(wei)上。要(yao)大力推(tui)進(jin)(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)數字(zi)化(hua)改革(ge),努力實(shi)(shi)現數字(zi)技術與教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)管(guan)理、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)的(de)融合(he),促進(jin)(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)現代(dai)化(hua)水平的(de)持續提升。
