  2017年(nian)工作(zuo)總(zong)結

  2017年(nian)是(shi)黨(dang)的(de)十九大勝利召開之年(nian),也是(shi)新高考全面(mian)(mian)落地、麗水教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)事業發(fa)展“十三(san)五”規劃全面(mian)(mian)實施(shi)、教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)現代(dai)化(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)全面(mian)(mian)推進的(de)關鍵一(yi)年(nian)。2017年(nian)以(yi)來,麗水教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)緊緊圍(wei)繞全市“綠色發(fa)展、科學跨(kua)越、生態(tai)惠民”的(de)發(fa)展主(zhu)線(xian),以(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)現代(dai)化(hua)(hua)為主(zhu)題,以(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)改革為方(fang)法,以(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)黨(dang)建(jian)為保障(zhang),教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)改革發(fa)展各(ge)項工作(zuo)有序推進,教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)現代(dai)化(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)扎實開展,龍泉、云(yun)和、景寧創(chuang)(chuang)成省(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)基本現代(dai)化(hua)(hua)縣,遂昌(chang)、慶元被(bei)列為省(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)基本現代(dai)化(hua)(hua)縣創(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)名單。2017年(nian),我們重點抓了以(yi)下(xia)工作(zuo):

一(yi)(yi)、加(jia)大(da)投(tou)(tou)入力度,完善教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)基礎(chu)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)。堅持教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)優(you)先發展(zhan)(zhan),加(jia)大(da)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)投(tou)(tou)入力度,完善教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)基礎(chu)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi),夯實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)發展(zhan)(zhan)基礎(chu)。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)編制教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)規劃(hua)(hua)。根據(ju)新(xin)(xin)型城鎮化(hua)(hua)、戶籍制度改(gai)革、“全(quan)(quan)面二孩”政(zheng)策等趨勢,優(you)化(hua)(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)布(bu)局(ju)規劃(hua)(hua),編制了(le)麗水市(shi)(shi)(shi)區教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)基礎(chu)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)布(bu)局(ju)規劃(hua)(hua),畫好各縣(市(shi)(shi)(shi)、區)城區基礎(chu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)布(bu)局(ju)規劃(hua)(hua)圖和(he)優(you)質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)集團(tuan)布(bu)局(ju)規劃(hua)(hua)圖,為教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)布(bu)局(ju)和(he)優(you)質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)拓(tuo)展(zhan)(zhan)提(ti)供了(le)規劃(hua)(hua)依據(ju)。二是(shi)(shi)優(you)化(hua)(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)配(pei)置(zhi)。扎實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)推進(jin)蓮(lian)都(dou)區基礎(chu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)“三(san)(san)年攻(gong)堅行動”和(he)縉云、青田(tian)基礎(chu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)重點縣提(ti)升計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua),深化(hua)(hua)集團(tuan)化(hua)(hua)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)模式,謀劃(hua)(hua)麗水市(shi)(shi)(shi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)擴張,擴大(da)優(you)質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)覆(fu)蓋(gai)(gai)面,平穩有序完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)開(kai)發區二中(zhong)撤并工(gong)作(zuo)。三(san)(san)是(shi)(shi)推進(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建設(she)(she)(she)。全(quan)(quan)市(shi)(shi)(shi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)108個(ge),完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)19.09億元(yuan),比(bi)上年增長23.56%,全(quan)(quan)市(shi)(shi)(shi)新(xin)(xin)增幼兒園(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)位(wei)2790個(ge)、小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)學(xue)(xue)(xue)位(wei)4365個(ge)。其(qi)中(zhong)12個(ge)市(shi)(shi)(shi)級(ji)重點建設(she)(she)(she)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)際完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)8.07億元(yuan),為計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)的166.18%。景寧外舍小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)新(xin)(xin)建工(gong)程、慶元(yuan)五都(dou)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)遷建工(gong)程建成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)(tou)入使用,開(kai)發區江南路(lu)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)全(quan)(quan)面竣工(gong)即將投(tou)(tou)入使用,蓮(lian)都(dou)區城西小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、景寧澄照創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)園(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)主體結(jie)頂(ding),蓮(lian)都(dou)區東港小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、縉云縣南頓小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、云和(he)縣石塘小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、慶元(yuan)縣菊隆中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)等一(yi)(yi)批項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)全(quan)(quan)面開(kai)工(gong)。四是(shi)(shi)改(gai)進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)條件。全(quan)(quan)市(shi)(shi)(shi)開(kai)工(gong)義務(wu)(wu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)薄弱學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)改(gai)造項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)11個(ge),開(kai)工(gong)率實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現100%,其(qi)中(zhong)完工(gong)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)3個(ge),完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)3.12億元(yuan)。全(quan)(quan)市(shi)(shi)(shi)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)開(kai)工(gong)建設(she)(she)(she)學(xue)(xue)(xue)前教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)擴容工(gong)程項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)20個(ge),實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)際開(kai)工(gong)16個(ge),其(qi)中(zhong)建成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)6個(ge),完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)2.29億元(yuan)。創(chuang)(chuang)建義務(wu)(wu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)標準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)4所,全(quan)(quan)市(shi)(shi)(shi)標準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)比(bi)例(li)達到(dao)(dao)(dao)89.24%。完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)籠式足球場建設(she)(she)(she)8個(ge),完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)400萬(wan)元(yuan)。全(quan)(quan)市(shi)(shi)(shi)公(gong)辦中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)AB等級(ji)食堂創(chuang)(chuang)建比(bi)例(li)達到(dao)(dao)(dao)98.06%,陽光廚房創(chuang)(chuang)建比(bi)例(li)達到(dao)(dao)(dao)84.5%。五是(shi)(shi)推進(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)信息化(hua)(hua)建設(she)(she)(she)。新(xin)(xin)建高中(zhong)通用技術教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)室10個(ge)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)科教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)室20個(ge),義務(wu)(wu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)階段創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗室10個(ge)、錄播教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)室30個(ge),創(chuang)(chuang)建省級(ji)數(shu)字校(xiao)園(yuan)示范建設(she)(she)(she)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)7所,培育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)市(shi)(shi)(shi)級(ji)數(shu)字校(xiao)園(yuan)示范建設(she)(she)(she)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)8所,市(shi)(shi)(shi)本(ben)級(ji)公(gong)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現網絡繳費全(quan)(quan)覆(fu)蓋(gai)(gai)。
